Bene, bene....siamo arrivati alla quarta settimana...il traguardo è ancora lontano.&lt;br&gt;continuo con le mie 1100Kcal giornaliere.&lt;br style="font-family:Comic Sans MS"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font size=3&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Comic Sans MS"&gt;Meglio così daltronde non si deve perder peso molto in fretta (un'altra delle regole fondamentali).&lt;br&gt;Come mi sento?....benissimo!!&lt;br&gt;Ho cambiato cintura...in quella che avevo dovevo fare dei nuovi buchi, &lt;br&gt;son ripassato a quella che utilizzavo un tempo...vecchia e cara cintura!!&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;

Oggi, che le prospettive di una cura potrebbero, grazie agli studi sulle cellule staminali, sia adulte che embrionali, trasformarsi da speranza in realtà, sempre più ostacoli si frappongono sul cammino di una ricerca libera&lt;/em&gt;.........&lt;/font&gt;

&lt;div&gt;Eutanasia in greco antico significa letteralmente “buona morte”: con questo termine si definisce quindi l’intervento medico volto ad abbreviare le sofferenze di un malato terminale. &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;Il progresso della medicina, che ha reso possibile il prolungamento della vita anche in condizioni per molti non accettabili...... &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;E' necessario aprire un dibattito pubblico nel quale domandarsi se debba considerarsi vita, e in quanto tale intangibile, quella di chi patisce sofferenze intollerabili, ovvero se l’eutanasia, praticata in un contesto di regole precise, costituisca piuttosto un’espressione di &lt;font color="#0000ff"&gt;libertà e di dignità&lt;/font&gt; dell’individuo.&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;&lt;font size=5&gt;Una fasciatura per la notte e a nanna....ma la mattina mi fanno una nuova fasciatura ... tipo mummia con la manina del braccio sinistro che esce fuori dalla pancia...orribile.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;&lt;font size=5&gt;Il mio pensiero va subito a quel mio impegno....preso già da mesi ed improrogabile.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;&lt;font size=4&gt;Devo dire la verità non c'entra niente la &amp;quot;legge Sirchia&amp;quot; o l'aumento di prezzo del pacchetto o le continue romanzine degli amici che non fumavano o la mia mancanza di respiro durante le vasche in piscina.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;font size=4&gt;
&lt;div&gt;&lt;br&gt;La mia è stata solo volontà di smettere, poi le cose che ho elencato sono state solo da supporto psicologico per raggiungere il mio obiettivo...il non fumare.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;&lt;br&gt;Ho saltato quindi lo steccato ed adesso sono un NON FUMATORE, ma comprendo meglio chi è rimasto dalla parte opposta, ma non lo giustifico ne gli dò torto. &lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;&lt;font size=4&gt;Posso dirgli ripetendomi che non esiste al mondo un metodo che vi liberi in modo indolore dalla dipendenza. &lt;br&gt;Che piaccia o no, il fumatore ha una doppia dipendenza: dipendenza fisica (legata a delle sostanze) e dipendenza psicologica (legata alla ritualità). &lt;br&gt;Il fatto di smettere di fumare e pensare che si stia facendo la cosa più giusta della nostra vita (e lo é sicuramente), non aiuta a liberarsi dal pensiero dalla sigaretta. &lt;br&gt;Questa scelta deve essere vissuta serenamente, senza pensare di aver intrapreso una strada lunga e difficile altrimenti, le paure, i timori e l'ansia porteranno al fallimento. &lt;br&gt;E' un concetto molto semplice ma molto difficile da attuare; è però di fondamentale importanza per sminuire il valore della sigaretta.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;&lt;font size=4&gt;Non si deve dare troppa importanza alle sigarette, all'inizio tutto sembrerà diverso, strano, quasi inutile, tutto avrà un diverso significato ... poi passerà.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/blockquote&gt;

&lt;div&gt;&lt;font face="Lucida Handwriting, Cursive" size=3&gt;E' giusto comprare italiano, ma è anche giusto risparmiare e non morire.&lt;br&gt;Naturalmente le strade del risparmio passano da prodotti a basso costo.&lt;br&gt;I prodotti a basso costo vengono prodotti in maniera più o meno fantasiosa, nessuna qualità, nessun bollino, lavoro in nero, sfruttamento e quanto altro volete aggiungere.&lt;br&gt;E siccome quel che conta sono le monetine che abbiamo in tasca, il risparmio è legato strettamente a questi prodotti, che non sono certo quelli di qualità Italiana.&lt;br&gt;Ed allora si vede che tutto cio' è come il gatto che si morde la coda.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;&lt;font face="Lucida Handwriting, Cursive" size=3&gt;Dobbiamo però fare un &amp;quot;mia  culpa&amp;quot; ed analizzare bene quel che facciamo durante la nostra giornata.&lt;br&gt;Quante volte buttiamo nell'immondizzia alimenti che nessuno vuole più, perchè del giorno prima e magari con una semplice riscaldata o ricucinati sono più buoni.....potrei farvi un'elenco.&lt;br&gt;Quante volte i nostri figli ed a volte anche noi lasciamo luci accese inutilmente.&lt;br&gt;...anni fa facendo il capo condominio ho sostituito tutte le lampade dell'androne con altre a risparmio energetico, abbiamo avuto un risparmio di 400 mila lire a bolletta.....&lt;br&gt;Quante volte andiamo in giro con la macchina, tanto per farci una passeggiata....la potremmo lasciare in un parcheggio e fare due passi a piedi, fa pure bene alla salute.&lt;br&gt;E la raccolta differenziata della spazzatura con il riutilizzo della stessa? .....a raccogliere lattine di coca cola qualcuno è diventato miliardario.....&lt;br&gt;Aggiungete voi altre forme di risparmio controllabili......&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
